Gauche Alchemy sent me a box of goodies to play with - and boy, was some of these items NOT my standard go to! After a little creativity, I ended up making a small canvas to go in my scrapbook room. For the background, I used a bit of modeling paste (something new for me!) and the punchinella as a stencil and ended up with the most fabulous texture! After it dried a bit, I swiped some paint on the top. Instant love! Then, I began laying bits and pieces of the vintage lovies that they had sent me. I even added some lace (that I dyed myself!) to my project.
Everything about this was out of the box for me! The color scheme. The textures. Using multiple pieces of vintage goodness. I had the best time experimenting!
