Today I am grateful for my Lord and Savior. I am a mess of a person, but Christ has been able to use my mess and mistakes to create something beautiful.

I truly do not deserve to have a Savior that would die on the Cross for my sins. Sins I had yet to commit. But He did and and because of it - I have the promise of forgiveness and love.

I was 9 years old when I first accepted Christ into my heart. I was eager, ready to be a soldier for Christ. Then life happened and I lost my way. I put material things in from of my relationship with Christ. Only in the past ten years or so have I found my way back and I found that Christ was still there, waiting for me. He never gave up on me. Never thought I was a lost cause (and really, I was).

I am so thankful that I know my Savior and have a relationship with him!
